About Me,

I am calm in the room.
I read what’s needed before it’s spoken. I listen closely, adjust as things unfold, and keep you at the center of every moment.

As a certified birth doula(DONA), traditional birth attendant, yoga instructor, Spinning Babies® instructor, and CBC, my work is rooted in presence, preparation, and advocacy. When the path gets complicated, I stand for you — asking the hard questions, protecting your space, and honoring both your needs and your baby’s.

Birth can feel vulnerable and overwhelming, but it is also deeply powerful. My role is to help you feel seen, supported, and confident in your strength, no matter what kind of birth you are bringing into the world.

My love for birth began in childhood. In my home, birth was never a taboo subject — we talked openly about where babies come from and how they arrive. When I was fifteen, I witnessed my first birth: my mother giving birth to my sister at home. Watching that experience shaped me in ways I didn’t yet understand. I just knew I was drawn to this work.

For years, I felt called to the birth world, but I wasn’t sure what my place in it would be.

In January 2020, I found out I was pregnant with my son. I immediately began planning the birth I envisioned — clear, determined, and confident. Then the world shifted. The pandemic began, and we moved halfway across the country. While my desires for my birth stayed the same, the stress and uncertainty around me grew. I clung to my plan, determined to get the experience I wanted — but without the preparation and support I truly needed.

My birth did not go the way I had hoped.

In the months that followed, I reflected deeply on what I had experienced. I realized how different things could have felt with the right education, preparation, body awareness, and advocacy. Six months after my son was born, I enrolled in my doula training — and I haven’t looked back.

Becoming a doula wasn’t just a career choice; it was a calling.

Today, I support families through evidence-based education, physiological birth preparation, intuitive bodywork, and steady emotional presence. As a prenatal yoga instructor and Spinning Babies® educator, I guide clients in understanding how movement, alignment, and balance can support a smoother birth experience. As a traditional birth attendant, I bring a holistic lens — honoring the wisdom of the body while helping families navigate modern birth spaces with clarity and confidence.

I teach my clients their birth rights. I help them ask informed questions. I encourage them to advocate for themselves with strength and calm.

My goal is not to control your birth, but to ensure you feel empowered within it.

Every birth is unique. Every mother deserves to feel strong in her story.

And it would be an honor to walk alongside you in yours.

xxoo
